1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pub 202 online gaming website accessible at pub202.one and all associated services, features, and games.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pub 202 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pub 202 platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held within a Player's pub 202 account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Real Money Play" means any gameplay funded by deposited PHP funds in a Player's Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts, or free play credits granted to a Player by pub 202 subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pub 202 and applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of the pub 202 platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account on pub 202, or by using any service provided by the Platform (including browsing, depositing, wagering, or claiming promotions), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms incorporate by reference the pub 202 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To register and use pub 202, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;

4. Not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
5. Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pub 202 or its affiliated companies;
6. Not be registered or banned on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction;
7. Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3.2 pub 202 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pub 202. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 When registering a pub 202 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. pub 202 may require additional information during the KYC verification process.

4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to pub 202 remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

4.4 pub 202 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub 202 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number.

5.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by an unauthorized third party accessing your credentials — is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported a security breach to pub 202 in advance of such activity.

5.3 pub 202 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, or email. Any communication purporting to be from pub 202 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your pub 202 account, you must contact our 24/7 support team immediately. pub 202 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon verified notification.

6 Deposits

6.1 pub 202 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency channels. The available methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times are as displayed on the Platform and may change from time to time.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. pub 202 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

6.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. pub 202 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account restricted pending investigation.

6.4 pub 202 reserves the right to conduct due diligence on the source of funds deposited into a Player's Wallet. Failure to cooperate with such due diligence may result in account restriction.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed the pub 202 KYC verification process. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (SSS card, PhilHealth card, Driver's License, or Passport).

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. pub 202 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya). Processing times are as published on the Platform and are subject to payment provider timelines.

7.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts or instruments registered in the same name as the pub 202 account. pub 202 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.4 pub 202 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide required documentation.

7.5 Where Bonus Funds remain subject to active wagering requirements, the corresponding funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been satisfied. Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 pub 202 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

8.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements represent the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

8.3 pub 202 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is modified or terminated, any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time the bonus was accepted.

8.4 Abuse of promotions — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, collusion with other Players, or use of prohibited strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

8.5 Bonus eligibility is determined by pub 202 at its sole discretion. pub 202 may exclude any Player from promotional offers at any time without being required to provide reasons.

9 Gameplay Rules

9.1 All games available on pub 202 are subject to individual game rules published within each game. Where these Terms conflict with individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail on matters of account management, financial transactions, and conduct; individual game rules shall prevail on matters specific to game mechanics and outcomes.

9.2 All game outcomes on pub 202 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. pub 202 does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — pub 202 will resolve the issue by reference to its game logs and server records. The decision of pub 202 in such matters is final, subject to any applicable regulatory dispute process.

9.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted by pub 202 from time to time.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub 202 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one account on the pub 202 platform;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
3. Using another person's payment account, bank account, or e-wallet to fund a pub 202 account;
4. Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features for financial gain;
5. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with pub 202 games or services;
6. Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of collaborative play intended to defraud pub 202 or other Players;
7. Attempting to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime through the pub 202 platform;
8. Harassing, abusing, or threatening pub 202 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
9. Accessing pub 202 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology;
10. Creating an account while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion or regulatory ban.

pub 202 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balance in such accounts pending investigation and regulatory reporting where applicable.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 pub 202 provides Players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on funds added to the Wallet;
• Loss Limits — Automatic play cessation when net losses reach a Player-defined threshold;
• Session Time Alerts — Notifications issued at regular intervals during active play sessions;
• Self-Exclusion — Temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent account deactivation, effective immediately upon activation. Temporary exclusion periods cannot be shortened once set.

11.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to contact the pub 202 support team for assistance. The support team is available 24/7 and can activate any responsible gaming tool on a Player's behalf.

11.3 Under no circumstances will pub 202 knowingly permit a Player subject to a valid self-exclusion to continue gambling on the Platform. Where a self-excluded Player successfully circumvents exclusion controls, the Platform reserves the right to close the account, void any winnings accrued during the exclusion period, and return the deposited principal.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 pub 202 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• pub 202 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory directive;
• pub 202 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• The Player is identified as being under 21 years of age.

12.2 Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, pub 202 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

12.3 A Player may close their own pub 202 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Any verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 pub 202 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pub 202 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13.2 pub 202 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond pub 202's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from gameplay where all game rules were applied correctly by the Platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank);
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, whether or not pub 202 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pub 202's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14 Amendments to Terms

14.1 pub 202 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

14.2 For material amendments that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, pub 202 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the Player's account, where applicable.

14.3 Continued use of the pub 202 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 12.3.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and all matters arising from your use of pub 202 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and ordinances.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and pub 202, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the pub 202 support team. pub 202 will respond to formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe and in good faith.

15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.4 For game-outcome disputes, the decision of pub 202, determined by reference to the Platform's server logs and certified RNG records, is final and binding, subject to any regulatory review mechanism available under PAGCOR rules.
